The 8th Annual National Call of Unity will take place on Tuesday, October 3rd at 3:00pm ET. This annual, free, 45-minute call brings together several national organizations, governmental agencies, local domestic violence programs, advocates, allies, survivors and their family and friends to connect and refocus our efforts to end domestic violence. Dr. Sally N. MacNichol, of CONNECT, will present the Universal Prayer on behalf of FaithTrust Institute.
This year we are commemorating the 30th anniversary of DVAM with a focus on the power of advocacy to create social transformation. We want this occassion to fill everyone’s cup with hope, love and inspiration. The theme this year is “Why I’m an Advocate.”
