National Council of Catholic Women has developed a Catholic-oriented domestic abuse prevention resource guide, available online at http://www.nccw.org/. In addition to Catholic resources, they reference many multifaith and secular resources for education, prevention, and victim services.
The resource guide includes a special section on teen dating abuse awareness that addresses both parents and teens.
