The Battering Intervention Services Coalition of Michigan presented Rev. Dr. Marie Fortune with the Ed Gondolf COMPASS Award, which "recognizes and honors those who have significantly guided and expanded efforts to protect survivors through advancing and evaluating accountable perpetrator intervention research and programming."

Dr. Marie Fortune with the Ed Gondolf COMPASS Award, which "recognizes and honors those who have significantly guided and expanded efforts to protect survivors through advancing and evaluating accountable perpetrator intervention research and programming."

This award recognizes Rev. Dr. Fortune's decades of work to bring faith communities into the important work of holding abusers accountable for the harm they do, and for her commitment to the safety and healing of victims/survivors.
